The Making of Jimnoo A2 Desi Cow Ghee

What makes our A2 Desi Cow Ghee Special?

Jimnoo A2 desi cow ghee is made from our own Rathi cows milk. Not a single drop of milk is collected from the outside of our farm for making ghee. Here are the steps by which our cows milk goes through in the process of making A2 ghee.

boiling milk in clay pot

At first step the milk is boiled in the clay pots for 10 to 12 hours.

Curd in clay pot

In the second step we set the milk for making curd in other clay pots, which are specially prepared for churning.

Bilona Churning method

In the third step the curd is churned by hand to extract butter from it.

Heating butter in clay pot

And in the last step the butter is heated in a clay pot at slow flame for converting the butter into ghee.
